Thanks for the guide. It worked correctly and now NetBeans opens. There is only 
one problem though...when I open NetBeans I do not have the permission to view 
the files and, therefore, I cannot open projects within the IDE. If, however, I 
open NetBeans through the terminal with the command "sudo" I can see the files 
(this is because the command "sudo" gives you all the permissions). So I wanted 
to ask if it was possible to have all the permissions and view all the files by 
opening the app normally, without the terminal (as it was until before the Big 
Sur update). Thanks in advance.
