Running NetBeans Compile On Save execution. Phase execution is skipped and
output directories of dependency projects (with Compile on Save turned on) will
be used instead of their jar artifacts.

I've just tried to do this with a code snippet and it works like a charm (see
attached archive)
I've attached the pom.xml of the project that cannot be debugged.
