When that gets pushed, I'll rebase this change to it, and the diff should be
shorter.
This is an attempt to create an infrastructure to copy readmes into source
and binary zips. Ideally, someone would provide a better content for the
readmes. (For the IDE build, this all will need more work, as that already
contains a readme, but also some other files which are suspicious.)
