I should clarify : I think whether it is a single ticket that covers a lot of
things, rolling things, etc.. I dont have a strong view. What I definitely
would like to avoid is RTC for website updates of a trivial nature. It is
certainly worthy for style changes, major new features/pages, etc.. But for the
vast majority of changes patches awaiting review should be unnecessary in my
opinion.
