I agree with your sentiments. Just not sure the best way to convey things. I
appreciate having traceability to a ticket, but also strongly agree that the
RTC process is overkill. I additionally don't like the idea of trying to batch
changes to make a ticket that is worthwhile.
Realize there may be some strong overthinking on my behalf or a rudimentary
process, but trying to strike the balance between the community's desire for
issues and being able to close out actions is something that leaves me unsure
of the best path of action.
