NIFI-274 Adding ListenSyslog and PutSyslog to standard processors.
- Refactoring connection handling on put side, removing number of buffers from
properties and basing it off concurrent tasks for the processor.
- Refactoring some of the TCP handling so it keeps reading from a connection
until the client closes it
- Adding an error queue
- Adding a sender field on the syslog event to record the system that sent the
message
