Joseph Percivall commented on NIFI-1086:
----------------------------------------
In regards to creating a flowfile when there is no incoming request. The only
thing that is odd with this, that is the success relationship for request
flowfiles has a name of "Original" and we can't change it without breaking
backwards compatibility. So we will be emitting flowfiles to the "Original"
relationship when there are no incoming flowfiles.

> InvokeHttp currently uses Java's HttpUrlConnection, which is lacking in it's
> features and ease-of-use. In order to support all the current InvokeHttp
> pending tickets it's clear that a new underlying library is needed.
> OkHttp looks to be a promising library that focusing on individual
> transactions (as opposed to Apache's HttpClient that focuses more on
> sessions).
