@tkurc - The strategy above will only change how credentials are applied to the 
component so it should not break any other piece, provided there are sufficient 
unit tests.  All the three components in Nifi (S3, SNS, and SQS) provide 
support for authorizing with creds as well as creds provider (as suggested 
above).

Also, what would be the next steps for getting feedback from others ?
