Thanks for reviewing. Incorporated your comments :
1.The output of getent is not redirected to /dev/null, resulting in output when 
running yum install.
2.No comment is attached to the user record.

and avoided the 3rd comment for exit 0, actually install should fail in case 
nifi user-group is neither available nor can be created.

I think, this PR can be merged now.
