Summary: Move annotations

Currently, the annotations are in the nifi.processor.annotation package. These
are giong to be applied to reporting tasks and controller services as well and
should be moved to nifi.annotation. and possibly sub-packages thereof such as
nifi.annotation.documentation and nifi.annotation.lifecycle
