I think we should be very careful about the concept of a minor version change 
for every new feature. I am good with upping the minor version for a new 
feature of the framework or UI. However, I think that if we update the minor 
version for every new feature added to a processor (or every new processor 
even), we'll never end up with an incremental version change because these 
things change in every release.
