Review Comment:
   > Sorry, I mean how does NuttX internally handle backgrounding? Does it use 
`posix_spawn` to start the program in the background? I can try doing it that 
way.
   
   All tasks are started by posix_spawn or task_create, the main difference 
between foreground and background is that whether nsh wait the new task finish 
or not.
