Review Comment:
   Oh, sorry, I may have mislead you with my previous suggestion.
   I suggested to also add inline to the function signature, not drop the 
return value.
   
   A function call creates a new stack, so here we have a stack for the 
cmd_class_start, and immediately after we create a new stack for 
init_service_start_by_class. By inline-ing the cmd_class_start we can avoid 
creating a useless stack.
   
   Correct me if I am wrong.
