The nxinit method would be very useful for a lot of users. If anchao rejects this PR but the community overwhelmingly votes for a merge, then it can be merged! As the saying goes "talk is cheap, send patches". This patch fixes a lot of issues with NuttX initialization. If someone wants NSH to be two-stage and implement all these great features, they should send their own patch. For now, this patch exists, has been worked on heavily, and is overwhelmingly supported.
