During Peak Periods: Wonder if we should increase the number of PR Approvals needed: (1) So instead of the default 2 Approvals Needed to Merge, we might increase to 3 or 4 Approvals Needed? (2) Which might slow down the PR Submit Rate, urging our devs to submit PRs more carefully? (3) In Any Case: High Influx of PR means High Chance of Conflicts. We need more eyes to make sure our commits don't conflict (4) Ideally we should encourage our devs to submit PRs early, avoid rush periods, get quicker approvals -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
