Thanks for the feedback. I'll first fix the QEMU crash (`task_get_info()` returning -1), then make the TLS approach a proper `MULTITHREAD_SERVER` define and add a `NONETWORK` option as suggested, and try a simple FLTK app to exercise the X11 layer.
