Rebased on master to resolve the conflict with #20449, which was merged with the same two nxstyle commits. Those commits are now dropped from this PR. With the SPI divisor fix in master, I also removed the `CONFIG_SST26_SPIFREQUENCY=20000000` workaround from the `nsh` defconfig and the board page. The flash still runs at 25 MHz SCK. No other changes. Retested on the board with Pinguino and XC32 v6.00: boot to NSH, `/dev/mtdblock0` registered (SST26 JEDEC ID check), and `sleep 10` takes 10.0 s. `checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g` passes.
