URL: https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/20515

   ## Summary

   Enable uSD card on imxrt1180-evk board.

   - Enable the TCM access for the imxrt sdhc driver the same way as done for
eDMA (address translation to the shadow window)
   - Add HS mode switch configuration for the imxrt USDHC driver. This only
enables the generic HS mode support
   - Add the pinmux, root clock and the sdmode prescaler/divisor to the
imxrt1180-evk:nsh board

   ## Impact

   No impact to other platforms. The HS mode switch defaults to 'n', and the
DMA address translation gets optimized away for other imxrt targets, so there
is also no impact for other imxrt boards.

   ## Testing

   Tested in NSH. Buiilt and flashed the bl+nsh images. Insert the SD card into
EVK card slot. Power on, give these commands on nsh shell:

   ```
   BB
   NuttShell (NSH) NuttX-10.4.0
   nsh> ls /dev
   /dev:
    buttons
    console
    mmcsd0
    null
    ttyS0
    zero
   nsh> mount -t vfat /dev/mmcsd0 /fs/microsd
   nsh> cd /fs/microsd
   nsh> ls
   /fs/microsd:
   nsh> echo "Hello World!" > hello.txt
   nsh> cat hello.txt
   Hello World!
   nsh>
   < re-boot by power switch >
   BB
   NuttShell (NSH) NuttX-10.4.0
   nsh> mount -t vfat /dev/mmcsd0 /fs/microsd
   nsh> cd /fs/microsd
   nsh> ls
   /fs/microsd:
    hello.txt
   nsh> cat hello.txt
   Hello World!
   nsh>
   ```

   Also measured the sdcard clk & data signals with scope; initially ~390 kHz,
after init at 49 MHz, card sets data acc. to HS mode -> correct.
