## Summary - drivers/net/igb: Access ICR, ICS, IMS, IMC and IAM at their alias offsets. The I210 datasheet (Table 8-6) allows both 0x1500-0x1510 and the alias offsets 0x00c0-0x00e0. QEMU igb decodes only the aliases, so IMS stayed 0 and the carrier never came up. - drivers/net/igb: Restart PHY auto-negotiation when enabling the device. After CTRL.RST the link comes up only when auto-negotiation completes. Restart it through MDIC in igb_enable(). Fixes carrier after ifdown/ifup, and at boot on QEMU >= 9.0. - drivers/net/igb: Fix the TX queue 0 valid bit in IVAR0. - drivers/net/igc: Fix the TX queue 0 valid bit in IVAR0. - drivers/net/igb: Program IVAR, GPIE and EITR0 on every enable. - drivers/net/igc: Program IVAR, GPIE and EITR0 on every enable. - drivers/net/e1000: Program IVAR on every enable. ## Impact bug fixes, igb works on qemu now ## Testing detected by automate tests from https://github.com/railab/nuttx-testlab -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
