Hi @raiden00pl, I'd like to work on this. I'll first prototype a C API in
uart_16550.c (register N UARTs, caller-provided IRQ setup, board-defined
Kconfig) building on the existing PCI path, and keep current boards
working.
Any preferred direction, or should I keep it consistent with the PL011
work in #18836 by @linguini1?
