## Summary
After reviewing the data sheet for MB85RS256B, CY15B104Q, and
FM25V0x the status register definitions in the driver were
wrong as was the use.
## Impact
Enabling of RAMTRON_WRITEWAIT on master after
5588bc4ef633cdff8e813058eacff77a48ceb11d would fail in read.
Before that it was a crap shoot. Depending on memory contents. As the
missing CS toggle allowed the read to just continue.
