[~chrismattmann] [~sherylj] I had a discussion on asfinfra with the guys there,
and they basically told me hosting a Virtual Image on ASF website infra is
technically possible (there's enough storage and bandwidth to support). In
order to host an image on ASF infra though, we'd have to check off licensing
compliance for third-party tools on the VM and establish a release cycle
policy.
