Another great find! Yep, the provision script should have the following entry
in the "Setup new RADiX project" section at the end:
sudo chown -R vagrant:vagrant ${OODT_DEPLOYMENT_HOME}
I will add this tomorrow, but if you want to commit that fix sooner feel free!
