vagrantcloud.com has moved https://atlas.hashicorp.com/learn/vagrant recently.
I'll check what needs to be done to host a vagrant box up there.
Sorry, I'm not sure why I didn't follow up on this after
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OODT-716 got fixed, but I'll try to
create the box again to host it on https://atlas.hashicorp.com/.
