I tried creating the vagrant box after following these steps
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OODT/Vagrant+Powered+OODT), but
it's failing to download ubuntu packages and dependencies. Getting a list of
404 errors, as result mvn, svn not getting installed and OODT fails to install.

Found out that ubuntu 13.10 is EOL hence discontinued support. I'll try
updating the provision script to a latest stable ubuntu release and check if I
can create the box.
