Rev 966758 adds initial support:
-- all the jndi entries are recognized (e.g. in application.xml) and whether
they include java:[comp|module|app|global] or imply java:comp/env is dealt with
-- the jndi entries are sorted into JndiEncInfo objects at each level by prefix.
Currently only the comp JndiEncInfo object is actually turned into jndi entries.
