Rev 966913 glues together the contexts for an ejb.
Missing:
sharing global contexts between apps
app client global, app, and module contexts
binding ejbs as their standard jndi names
the idiotic rules about sharing module and comp context for ejbs in wars and,
possibly about sharing contexts in embedded scenarios.
