Andun Sameera Liyanagunawardana commented on OPENMEETINGS-608:
--------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Celestino,
I am running a OpenMeeting setup locally in my PC. When I see this discussion I
tried the same steps you specified. There I got the deleted screen. Then I
looked at the configuration and found that jod.path variable is having a value
like ./jodconverter-core-3.0-beta-4/lib. But according to the installation
guide which can be found here at [1], jod.path variable should point to the lib
of your JOD installation. I have JOD installed here
/home/andunslg/My_Works/OpenMeetings/singlewebapp/dist/red5/webapps/openmeetings/jodconverter-core-3.0-beta-4.
So I set the variable value to
/home/andunslg/My_Works/OpenMeetings/singlewebapp/dist/red5/webapps/openmeetings/jodconverter-core-3.0-beta-4/lib.
According to the guide you don't need to set OpenOffice path, JOD will find it
automatically. So I leave the office.path variable as empty. The I tried the
same step's and it works fine. No deleted screens. You can find suitable
installation guides for your OS in [1]. I am using the guide in [2].
Thanks
AndunSLG
