Hello Celestino,
all you OO installations seems to be broken :(
3.1 is unable to run due to missing dependencies
4.0 starts but never exits.
I propose to uninstall all of it
and install one using:
yum groupinstall 'Office/Productivity'
yum install office-headless
something like this.
it is always not easy to configure OM under CentOS for me :(
