Hmm, I find that hard to do as I don't know the exact steps, and to me it seems
to fit this issue because that's the error I'm getting.
Basically, it seems to me to be:
Steps to reproduce:
* Mess up one of the configuration files
* Start OpenMeeting
* Access server:5080/openmeetings/install
* See the languages/languages.xml error
Do you think this fits a new issue better?
