Fix For: 7.0.0
Update Oauth2 configuration to choose Either ID_Token OR userinfo endpoint to
obtain claims about the user through Oauth. If ID_Token, need a function added
to take ID Token, Split it (Header, Payload, Signature) and decode the Payload
from Base64 and return the claims.
