Update sbt-mima-plugin to 1.2.1 (#1313)
* Update sbt-mima-plugin to 1.2.1
* Add MiMa 1.2.1 no-longer-checked excludes
Motivation:
sbt-mima-plugin 1.2.1 reports members that became private[..] or sealed
since 1.0.0 as ClassNoLongerChecked, MethodNoLongerChecked and
HierarchyNoLongerChecked problems, failing PR validation.
Modification:
Exclude the compression internals (Deflate/Gzip/NoCoding compressors,
newCompressor, withLevel) in http and the sealed HttpHeaderRange in
http-cors. All were narrowed intentionally in 2.0.x.
Result:
MiMa passes with sbt-mima-plugin 1.2.1.
Tests:
- sbt "http/mimaReportBinaryIssues" "http-cors/mimaReportBinaryIssues":
passed (2.13)
- sbt "++3.x" "http/mimaReportBinaryIssues"
