Update sbt-mima-plugin to 1.2.1 (#630)
* Update sbt-mima-plugin to 1.2.1
* Add MiMa filter for R2dbcOffsetStore companion object
Motivation:
sbt-mima-plugin 1.2.1 reports ClassNoLongerCheckedProblem for
R2dbcOffsetStore$, which was public in 1.0.0 and is now private[projection].
Modification:
Exclude the problem in the r2dbc 2.0.x backwards excludes.
Result:
r2dbc/mimaReportBinaryIssues passes with MiMa 1.2.1.
