chore: move mailbox MiMa filters to 1.8.x.backwards.excludes (#3630)
The Mailbox ForkJoinTask removal was backported to 1.8.x in #3627, so its
MiMa filters belong under 1.8.x.backwards.excludes on main. Align the file
with the 1.8.x version, including the SharingMailbox filter.
