Review Comment:
   `counts()` looks like a read-only getter but calls `table.finish()` as a
side effect, making "finish exactly once" an implicit protocol spread across
helpers (`testGroupLimitAndRecordOwnership` also calls `finish` inline). A
future edit that calls `counts()` twice, or upserts after it, reads a stale
`_topRecords` snapshot without any failure pointing at the hidden `finish`.
Consider renaming (e.g. `finishAndCount`) or hoisting the `finish` call to the
tests.

Review Comment:
   Minor: the expected result is selected by positional magic index (`i == 1`
meaning DeterministicConcurrentIndexedTable keeps the smallest key while the
others keep first-come groups). Inserting or reordering a table in the array
gives a confusing failure or a vacuously matching expectation. Pairing each
table with its expected map in the array would remove the coupling.
