Split the mechanical preparation out of #19795: move the existing accumulator to segment-local and freeze the legacy accuracy baseline. Algorithm, serialized bytes, and the t-digest dependency stay unchanged. Run `bash compatibility-verifier/tdigest-compatibility/generate-rank-errors.sh` to verify the 270 seeded legacy cases; usage and regeneration guidance are in the README. Validated: 444 tests across 14 suites, all 270 oracle cases, affected-module precommit checks, warning-free changed-source compilation, and independent Pinot review. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
