Backports #18411 to `release-1.6.0-rc`. Records historical deprecation versions and removal intent for 16 legacy table-config properties, with replacement Javadocs. Changes are limited to annotations and documentation in seven SPI files; runtime behavior and JSON compatibility are unchanged. Validation: scoped SPI formatting, Checkstyle and license checks passed, along with JDK 25 `test-compile` with deprecation warnings enabled. SPI still targets Java 11.
