Review Comment:
Done in 1d796d0ae0. The two-argument check moved into a new
`ValueWithTimeOperandTypeChecker`, which wraps the `OperandTypes.or(...)` and
throws `callBinding.newValidationSignatureError()`. The return type is plain
`ARG0` again. The plan test's error case moved to
`QueryCompilationTest.testValueWithTimeRejectsUnsupportedDataArgument`, which
asserts `QueryErrorCode.QUERY_VALIDATION` as well as the message ("From line 1,
column 8 ...: Cannot apply 'FIRSTWITHTIME' to arguments of type
'FIRSTWITHTIME(<VARCHAR ARRAY>, <BIGINT>)'"). The JSON harness can only match
the root-cause message.

Added in 1d796d0ae0: two `UDFAggregates.json` runtime queries. One runs
FIRST/LAST over `CAST(int_col AS SMALLINT)` and LAST over `CAST(int_col AS
TINYINT)`; the other groups the SMALLINT FIRST/LAST by `string_col`. Both
return the INT values.

Review Comment:
Added `testTypedVariantsRewriteNestedAggregations` in 1d796d0ae0. It covers
`MIN(longCol) AS m`, `MAX(longCol) + 1` and `HAVING MIN(longCol) > 5`, and
checks they stay unchanged without the option. I also noted the behaviour
change for `autoRewriteAggregationType` users in the PR description.

Review Comment:
Done in 1d796d0ae0, with a variant of your first option.
`QueryEnvironment.getOptProgram` now adds
`PinotAggregateTypeArgumentRewriteRule.INSTANCE` right after the BASIC rules,
outside `filterRuleList`, so neither `skipPlannerRules` nor the
default-disabled rules config can drop it. The `AggregateTypeArgumentRewrite`
planner rule name is removed. I kept it in the opt program instead of
POST_LOGICAL because the later project-pushdown and prune phases trim the
project it adds; in POST_LOGICAL it could add a full-width project above the
scan. It also covers the physical-optimizer path, which skips POST_LOGICAL.
`QueryPlannerRuleOptionsTest.testTypeArgumentRewriteIgnoresSkipPlannerRules`
skips the rule by name and asserts that the plan is unchanged and still has the
type literal.
