Review Comment:
I kept this check. Every single-value type is inferable now, but the check
still rejects data arguments that have no explicit form: ARRAY from a
multi-value column, MAP, DATE/TIME and so on. It does so at validation, with
position info and the QUERY_VALIDATION error code; gortiz asked for that in the
previous round, moving the check out of the return-type inference. Without it,
those calls would only fail later, in the rewrite rule during planning. Happy
to drop it if you'd rather the rule be the only check.

Review Comment:
Done in ca99413220. The default branch now throws an `IllegalStateException`
("Unsupported data type for FIRSTWITHTIME(dataColumn, timeColumn): ..."); it is
unreachable while the operand type checker rejects those types.

Review Comment:
Done in ca99413220. Multi-value and unsupported single-value data columns
now throw `BadQueryRequestException` ("Unsupported data type for
FIRSTWITHTIME(dataColumn, timeColumn): multi-value INT"), so the broker reports
QUERY_VALIDATION instead of sending the call to the servers. Missing columns
and expression operands still keep the two-argument form, because the schema
has no type for them. A test covers the multi-value case.
