## Description Currently if a query enabled prefetch, all segments would get a fetch context through a `FetchPlanner`. However, for segments that doesn't need any fetch, this step is unnecessary and can add overhead in query time. ## Change add method `requiresFetch()` to `IndexSegment` and `SegmentDirectory` to provide info of whether a segment need a fetch or not. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
