Review Comment:
Fixed in 10fe73e086. Moved the JUnit BOM beside the other test BOMs and
removed the redundant managed Jupiter API/Platform Suite entries. Effective
models retain all 16 JUnit artifact versions at 6.1.3, and remaining direct
Suite declarations explicitly use test scope. Kept the TestNG/Platform
explanation and removed the obsolete readiness comment.
