Consolidated the Kafka ingestion docs on the single `pinot-kafka-4.0` connector — it is now the only Kafka connector and the default when the consumer factory is unset. Documented the backward-compatible factory/plugin name aliasing (`kafka20`/`kafka30`/`impl.kafka2`/`impl.kafka3` and `pinot-kafka-2.0`/`pinot-kafka-3.0` → Kafka 4), the Kafka 4 client broker ≥ 2.1 requirement, the `auto.include.jmx.reporter` → `metric.reporters` translation, and the OAuth `org.apache.kafka.sasl.oauthbearer.allowed.urls` allowlist requirement.
