I've added some tests to show how to use the visitors and actually test that methods are been called. Also, I've changed the `OpRawPredicateEvaluator` (where `Op` is `Eq`, `In`, etc) classes visibility in order to be able to actually have the `accept` method accessible from outside. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
