When we fetch instance partitions, we need to check two conditions: - The table has pre-configured instance partition - The table is not using `MIRROR_SERVER_SET_PARTITION_SELECTOR` In addition, this PR renames `fetchOrComputeInstancePartitions` to `fetchOrComputeInstancePartitionsForSegmentAssignment` for future generic segment assignment usage -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
