Thanks for replay.
We need to create some namespaces and topics during the initialization of
broker interceptors.
I agree that broker interceptors need to be initialized before broker
active, but what should I do if I need to use brokerService?
BrokerService is passed as a parameter into interceptor. initialize(), why
cannot it be used directly? If there are restrictions, do we need to explain
them in the document?

What @codelipenghui makes sense - interceptors must be init before pulsar
service is active.
Why do you need an active pulsar service for init? Do you have a use case to
present?
