### Motivation If sent messages to the client fail by the IO exception, these messages will be redelivered after the heartbeat check fails(it triggers connection close). And if the next heartbeat check is successful, these messages will be stuck until the client reconnects or the topic is reloaded. see: https://github.com/apache/pulsar/blob/master/pulsar-broker/src/main/java/org/apache/pulsar/broker/service/Consumer.java#L364 ### Modifications - print log if sending messages to client failed by IO EX. - add `consumer-id` into the log when doing subscribe(`cnx.address + consumerId` is the identifier of one consumer) ### Documentation <!-- DO NOT REMOVE THIS SECTION.
