When using Boost 1.88 I get a compile error in MockServer.h.

`expires_from_now` is deprecated and it is now recommended to `use
expires_after`. This was fixed in all other places in
https://github.com/apache/pulsar-client-cpp/pull/477, but MockServer was
missed.
