> scheduleAtFixedRate IMHO , GenericBrokerHostUsageImpl only needs to replace scheduleAtFixedRate with scheduleWithFixedDelay. I have used scheduleWithFixedDelay instead of scheduleAtFixedRate in the class GenericBrokerHostUsageImpl.
