### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `AuditSummaryVO`, the audit
dashboard summary returned by the summary endpoint.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/audit/AuditSummaryVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptySummary`: all counters at zero, bucket
lists null.
- `allArgsCarrySummaryState`: totals, operator count and buckets
round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=AuditSummaryVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
