### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `NameServerConfigDiffVO`, the
config drift report with its nested node/difference sections.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/nameserver/NameServerConfigDiffVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyDiff`: completeness/drift flags false,
counts zero.
- `allArgsCarryDriftStateWithNestedSections`: outer state plus nested
node/difference builders round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=NameServerConfigDiffVOTest` passes (2 tests, all
green).
